# Leaderboards

The **Leaderboard** screen ranks players across three different boards. Switch between them with the icons in the left rail:

* **Land** — players ranked by the **Authority** of their land holdings.
* **Hero** — individual Heroes ranked by their [Proving Grounds](/pawtato-land/gameplay/adventure/proving-grounds.md) performance.
* **Achievements** — players ranked by their total [Achievement points](/pawtato-land/gameplay/achievements.md#achievement-points).

Your own standing is always highlighted on each board so you can find yourself at a glance.

## Land leaderboard

The Land board ranks players by **Authority** — a score built from the land you hold. Larger, rarer land is worth more Authority: a **Province** counts for far more than an **Estate**, which counts for more than a **Plot**, and a land's [Influence](/pawtato-land/gameplay/land-nft/influence.md) adds on top.

A summary strip at the top shows your **Rank**, **Authority**, **Influence**, **Quests Completed**, **Pledgers** and number of **Heroes**. The table below lists each player with their **Representing Land**, **Heroes**, **Pledgers** and **Authority**; the top three ranks are marked with 🥇 🥈 🥉.

**Pledgers** counts how many *other* players have [pledged](/pawtato-land/gameplay/heroes/pledge.md) a Hero to that player — your own pledges to yourself don't count towards it. It's a quick read on who other players are backing.

Select any player to open their detail view — which shows the same **Pledgers** figure. You can also **challenge** another player straight from their row, which opens an [Arena](/pawtato-land/gameplay/player-vs.-player/arena.md) challenge against them.

## Hero leaderboard

The Hero board ranks individual Heroes by their combat record in the [Proving Grounds](/pawtato-land/gameplay/adventure/proving-grounds.md). You can switch the timeframe between **All Time** and **This Week**, and refresh the board at any time.

Each row shows the Hero and its owner, along with:

| Column    | Meaning                                                  |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Lvl**   | The Hero's current level                                 |
| **EXP** | Combat EXP — total for All Time, or EXP gained this week |
| **Boss** | Named bosses this Hero has beaten |
| **Elite** | Elite enemies this Hero has beaten |

Your currently active Hero is pinned to the bottom of the table so you can always see its rank, even when it isn't in the visible top group.

{% hint style="info" %}
The **EXP** shown here is a Hero's combat experience, not [Achievement points](/pawtato-land/gameplay/achievements.md). The two are unrelated — Achievement points rank you on the Achievements board below.
{% endhint %}

### Weekly Hero rewards

Each week, the **top of the Hero leaderboard is rewarded**. Based on the previous week's rankings, the top three players (counting each player's single best Hero) receive prizes, awarded once per week:

* **1st place** — a batch of premium resources topped with **Fairy Dust**, plus a set of Charms.
* **2nd and 3rd place** — smaller resource bundles, plus a set of Charms.

Every winner receives a full set of five Charms (Force, Wit, Quickness, Health and Finesse), and higher placements receive richer resource bundles (Essence of Axoma, Stamina Potions and, for first place, Fairy Dust). Rewards are delivered straight into your account.

## Achievements leaderboard

The Achievements board ranks players by their total **Achievement points** — the combined worth of every badge they've earned. The more (and higher-value) [achievements](/pawtato-land/gameplay/achievements.md) you unlock, the higher you climb.

The board shows **Your Rank** prominently, then lists players by rank with their total **Points**; the top three are marked with 🥇 🥈 🥉. This is the same ranking you'll find under the **Leaderboard** view inside the [Achievements](/pawtato-land/gameplay/achievements.md) screen.

Alongside **Points**, each row carries an **Invites** column: how many of that player's invited friends have **qualified** - the same number the [Inviter badges](/pawtato-land/gameplay/invite-a-friend.md#inviter-badges) and your profile statistics use. A friend only counts once they have actually started playing, so this column is a measure of players brought in, not links clicked.

## How to view the leaderboards (step by step)

1. Open the [**Leaderboard**](https://pawtato.gg/?lb=1) from the game's action bar.
2. Choose a board with the icons in the left rail: **Land**, **Hero** or **Achievements**.
3. On the **Land** board, read the summary strip for your Rank and Authority, then click a player to see their detail — or use the challenge action on a row to start an [Arena](/pawtato-land/gameplay/player-vs.-player/arena.md) fight.
4. On the **Hero** board, switch between **All Time** and **This Week**, and look for your active Hero pinned at the bottom. Finish near the top of the weekly ranking to earn the [weekly Hero rewards](#weekly-hero-rewards).
5. On the **Achievements** board, check **Your Rank** and keep unlocking [achievements](/pawtato-land/gameplay/achievements.md) to raise your total Achievement points.
